Air guns have long been a part of our American way of life as portrayed in “To Kill a Mocking Bird” and many other American literary classics. Most of us grew up running around with a Red Ryder or other BB gun in our hands testing our aim and playing cowboys and indians with tin cans. Having a BB gun is not only fun for kids it also teaches them responsibility that lasts for a lifetime and lapses over to the day they get to use a real gun. Let us carry on the American tradition of a free people at arms that started with our founding fathers and carries on today in us. For the sake of one of the last free countries in the world, buy a BB gun and teach a kid to shoot.
